If you haven't received your Room invite, follow these steps to resend it.

If you have been invited to join the Room but haven't received the invite email, your mail server may be filtering the email as spam. Here's how to get the invite:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder to see if the invite email is there.

  2. If you still can’t find your invite, ask your IT team to white list [email protected].

  3. Ask the Room Admin to resend the invitation. Our support team can also resend the invite to the same email address if necessary.
