When an administrator or publisher uploads files or updates them in a data room, users who have access to those files and/or folders may receive an email notification. If you want to control the document notifications you receive from each data room, you can customise them by frequency or turn them off entirely. Notifications can only be managed by each individual user and cannot be configured on behalf of others.
To change your notification settings, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com
Step 2: Locate the Notifications tab
Go to the Left menu and locate the Notifications tab.
Step 3: Select your notifications options.
Here you can toggle the Email Notifications button On or Off and also you can modify the frequency and time you want your updates. Notifications will be set to your local time zone as indicated on the page.
Step 4: Save changes

No, by default, notifications are turned On for all Room guests. and they manage their own notifications from their data room account settings. Please contact our Support team and explain to them what you're trying to achieve so we can provide you further advise.

Your data room Administrator might have uploaded a new file and you've been notified, but for their own reason it might have been removed or disabled for your access.
