ℹ️This feature is only accessible to Admins and Viewers.

Ansarada's Buyer Engagement Score uses AI technology to determine whether your buyer's behavioural patterns match up with those of other successful bidding parties.

This machine learning algorithm has been trained and tested on thousands of Ansarada deals, giving you the advantage of insights to assist you during a deal.

Don't just go with your gut feel, get the deal facts faster. Eliminate manual calculations through a variety of different reports.

Go to meetings prepared, knowing who's interested and engaging in your deal, so you can stay in control of your transaction.

View the Buyer Engagement Score in the Ansarada dashboard

The Buyer Engagement Score is now accessible in the Ansarada dashboard, as well as being emailed to the Admins and Viewers every Monday.

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com.

Step 2: Locate the room

You will see tabs at the top showing all the rooms where you are an Admin or Viewer.

Step 3: Access the Buyer Engagement Dashboard

When you click the tab for the room you are looking for, the Ansarada dashboard for that project will appear. You will see the dash card for the Buyer Engagement Score.

  • You can click the arrow next to “Today” to change the view to Last week.

  • You can click the three lines to the right of the dash card to switch between chart view and leaderboard view.

  • When in Chat view, you can select as many teams as you would like to be shown in the chart.

What information does the Buyer Engagement Dashboard show you?

  1. The Leaderboard Card gives you an instant snapshot of your most engaged buyers. See at a glance which teams are showing the strongest signals and identify who deserves your immediate attention.

  2. The Line Card reveals engagement trends over time, tracking how buyers interest evolves throughout your deal.

  3. Dash also includes additional cards for Q&A, people and document activity, giving you greater visibility into how your teams are interacting with your data room - so you can understand not just who is engaged, but how they’re engaging.

Training our model

The Buyer Engagement Score model was developed using anonymous, historic Ansarada data. This data is based on buyer's behaviours in the Room, using the patterns of successful and unsuccessful parties. The machine learning algorithm pinpoints certain actions (from the 57 attributes) in the Room that lead to a high or low engagement from buyer's.

Security

At Ansarada, the security of your data is our number one priority. That's why strict confidentiality around customer data from the Rooms has been maintained throughout the development of this product. No private, proprietary, confidential or strategic information can be extracted from this data.

Accuracy

By day 7, the model is up to 97% accurate at predicting whether a buyer will complete their due diligence work and submit an offer to the seller. This accuracy rate has been calculated on a sample of our historic deals for which we have the most accurate information. The methodology used was to look at buyer's with an Buyer Engagement Score above 50% at day 7 and assess the proportion that ended up remaining engaged throughout the process and did not drop out prior to the binding bid date.

⚠️Good to know: If your buyer's' have a low score there may be several factors contributing to this. Learn more here.
