ℹ️ This feature is only accessible to Admins.
People can have their Team, email, Room role or Q&A role updated at any time in the Room.
To edit a person's settings in the Room, follow these steps:
Go to the Left menu. Under Manage, select either Sell side or Buy side.
⚠️Good to know: The wording on the internal and external tabs for managing Teams/people under the Left menu changes based on the Room’s transaction type. Learn more here.
2. Locate the person. On the far right, select the Item menu next to the person you want to edit.
3. Select Edit person.
4. A window will appear. Edit the person’s settings here.
⚠️Good to know: If you edit the person’s email address, they will need a new invitation issued to the new email address before they can access the room. Upon updating their email address, you'll have the option to Send email invitation. Select this option if you would like to invite them in this step.
5. Select Save.
