By default, folders and documents are uploaded as disabled unless you choose to enable them.
Disabled folders and documents are not visible in the Document Index; they can only be accessed in Manage Documents, where they appear in red.
Enabled folders and documents are visible in both Manage Documents and the Document Index, and they appear in black.

You can enable individual or multiple folders and documents by following these steps:
๐กTip: Be sure to double check the Security Settings of your documents and folders before enabling them.
Go to Manage Document.
โSelect single or multiple documents, folders, or the entire index by checking the checkbox on the left.โ
Select Enable in the dropdown bulk action tool bar.
โA Enable window will appear:
โConfirm the number of folders and files you would like to enable.
โChoose if you want to Notify your users when access to the selected documents or folders is granted.

Select Enable. The selected folders and documents will change from red to black and become visible in the Document Index.
