ℹ️This feature is only accessible to Administrators and Viewers.
The History will show you who has edited the folder or document, the version, name and number changes, the location, document status and the age of the folder or document.
💡Tip: To see who has last modified your documents in bulk, you can Export the Manage Documents page to Excel. Learn more about the Export to Excel here.
To check the history of a folder or document, please follow the following steps:
1. Go to the Left menu. Select Manage, and select Documents.
2. Find the folder or file that you want to check the history of and select the Item menu.
3. Select History.
4. The document history will show previous versions of the document that have been uploaded, including the date, time, and name of person that made the update.
💡Tip: Only the Administrators have the option to download the previous versions by clicking the Download button, or restore any previous versions of the document by using the Restore button. Document will be restored as disabled by default. Keep in mind that only enabled documents are visible in the document index. Learn how to change the document status here.
⚠️Good to know: The Item menu is universal across the Room. Admin and Viewers can check the history on anything that has been created in the Room by selecting the Item menu, and from there selecting History.
