If you have Room notifications turned on, you can receive notifications when changes have been made in the Room. Visit this page to adjust your notification settings.
When you're in the Room you can filter the Document index to show documents according to the following rules:
- Never viewed
- Changed since last viewed
- Added or changed since last login
⚠️Good to know: You can choose to hide empty folders from the filtered results.
Follow these steps to change the filters:
1. Go to the Left menu. Under View, select Document index.
2. Select Filter.
3. Under the Documents drop down, choose the view you'd like to see.
⚠️Good to know: You can also export the Document index to Excel and filter the results to see what's new.
