ℹ️ This feature is available to all users with a Q&A role.
If you have been assigned a Q&A role within the data room, you will be able to generate a formatted report containing all the Q&As visible to you. Not all options will be available to guests trying to export Q&A.
Follow the next steps To create a Q&A report:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com
Step 2: Go to the Left menu.
Under View, select Q&A.
Step 3: Locate the Actions menu on the top right.
Choose either Export to Excel or Print.
💡 Tip: For a print-friendly format, select Print and adjust the printing orientation and size.
Step 4: Export to Excel option
Choose Export to Excel, you’ll see several filtering and sorting options before generating your report.
Available export filters and options
Optimise for: Choose whether you want to format the report for Analysing (for data review) or Printing version.
Status
Priority
Subject
Question author / Answer author / Status person:
Sort by Question date, Submission date, Question ID, or Priority.
Step 5: Export and download report
After setting your desired filters, select Export to generate and download the report.
Once the download is complete, an “Export to Excel Successful” message will appear. The report will be available in your default downloads folder.

The printing version will include the comments between responses and they're available only to Administrators when exporting this printing version report. Buy side users won't be able to see comments from the Sell side users within Q&A and Q&A reports unless the question was rejected.

This may happen for a few reasons;
The export will show all questions with all statuses, make sure you're looking at all questions when you're in the room not just questions awaiting your action.
Depending on your role and access to Q&A will adjust how many questions you can see in the platform. Ensure that the export is generated by yourself to confirm the numbers.

You may see more questions in the room than your submission limit allows. This happens when you have some questions which haven't yet been submitted. Only questions submitted to the Q&A admins will count towards your limit. You can export and filter the question status to show you the totals.
