ℹ️ This feature is only available to Room Administrators who are also Q&A administrators or Q&A observers with Full control in one-way Q&A, or Admininistrators who are Internal Main Contacts in two-way Q&A.
Q&A Admins can delete questions from Q&A. Deleted questions are removed from all Room question lists, reports and audit trails.
See below the process to delete questions
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Navigate to Q&A
On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Q&A under View.
Step 3: Go to Actions & Delete questions
Go to the right corner of the window and click the Actions menu. > From this drop down menu click the Delete Questions option. Select the relevant questions you'd like to delete.
Step 4: Save changes
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Delete questions button.

You cannot see the audit trail of deleted questions, sometimes it is better to reject a question if you wish for it to not be approved.
If you are starting the Q&A process with new bidders/ external parties you should run a full admin archive of the room prior to deleting questions - this allows you to keep a copy of the previous Q&A.
