How to ask a question
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Q&A Section
On the left-hand side, click "Q&A" under "View."
Step 3: Ask a Question
At the top of the page, click "Ask a Question."
Choose the priority of the question.
Enter your own "Subject" or choose one from the available drop-down menu.
Enter your question in the box. You can use AIDA to check your question for any similar questions that have already been submitted and answered.
You can either attach a document or link to a document already in the data room using the "Related Items" section.
Step 4: Submit Your Question
Scroll down and press "Ask Question."

Documents that are downloaded from the data room and have security applied to them cannot be attached to the document. You can use the "Related Items" section to link a document to the question.

You will need to add yourself to the team you want to ask questions on behalf of. When doing so, you must check “Create people that have the same email as an existing person.” You will receive a new invitation and will need to verify this new access. Once verified, you will be able to ask questions on behalf of that team.
If you have multiple buy-side teams for which you want to upload questions, please be advised that if you ask questions for Team A and then move yourself to Team B to ask questions for them, Team B will be able to see Team A’s questions. This is because the questions are associated with your buy-side profile rather than a specific team.

If you're a guest, you won't be able to edit a question you've submitted to the admins. We'd suggest reaching out to the counter party and advising them directly should you wish to edit a question. They can then reject the question for you to make any adjustments.
