Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com.

Step 2: Navigate to the Q&A Section

On the left-hand side, click "Q&A" under "View."

Step 3: Select Actions

Under the Action menu you'll be able to see the option for Question submission Limits. On this page you'll see:

  • The total number of questions allowed and number of remaining questions appears.

  • If the question limit has been reached, the following message is shown. Any further questions asked will not be sent to the Q&A admin unless the question limit is increased.

FAQs

Can questions be approved once the submission limit has been reached?

If a Team contains a Question approver, Question authors send questions to the Question approver for approval. If the question limit has been reached, the Question approver will not be able to forward questions to the Q&A admin unless the question limit is increased.

When does a submission limit get used? When I ask the question or when it's submitted o the admins?

When a question is submitted to the counter party your limit will decrease by 1. So if you are a question author and you ask a question which needs to be approved by a Question Approver, the limit will only decrease once they have approved and submitted it to the Q&A admin.

Can I get a question back to increase my limit?

Only Q&A administrators can reject a question, if they do so you will re-gain 1 question.
