This feature is only available to Guests with a Question Approver role in Q&A.
As a Question Approver, if there are multiple Questions that have been answered and disclosed, you can bulk notify Team members about the disclosure by following the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Q&A Section
On the left-hand side, click "Q&A" under "View."
Step 3: Select Bulk Notify Team
Under the Actions button you can find 'Bulk notify team', from here all eligible Questions and Answers will appear.
Step 4: Select questions and people to notify
Select the questions that you'd like to alert your colleagues to. Then select the people you would like to notify.
Step 5: Notify
Ensure you select notify to alert your colleagues.
