As a Q&A Admin if there are multiple Questions that need to be disclosed using the existing Answer, the Room has the ability to Bulk disclose the Answers in one go by following the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Q&A Section
On the left-hand side, click "Q&A" under "View."
Step 3: Locate your questions only.
Select the "Awaiting your action only" tab at the top of your page.
Step 4: Bulk disclose
Go to Actions, find Bulk disclose.
Step 5: Select answers to disclose.
All eligible answers will appear in this page, tick the box next to the relevant answers.
Step 6: Select disclosure level
Select the level of disclosure you'd like:
Question Author's user group
All data room users
And disclose the answers.

No, Admins could disclose one by one the questions that are awaiting to be Approved if they haven't been approved by the answer approver. But to bulk disclose answers that are awaiting to be approved by the Answer Approver, they need to be approved first by the Answer Approver so the Q&A Admin can bulk disclose them.

No, it's not currently possible to bulk upload answers to the room. Instead users can answer in the room, then bulk forward or bulk disclose.

If the guest team has a question approver, they will be notified of the answer, and they then have the option to notify other users. If no question approver exists, then the user who asked the question will receive a notification.
