ℹ️This feature is only available to Admins.

This feature allows you to view the Document index  from the point of view of the selected Team or Sub team. Any files downloaded in this view will also have that Team or Sub team's Security controls and restrictions applied to them.

1. Go to the left menu. Under View select Document index.

2. Select Filter.

3. Go to the View as drop down and choose the Team or Sub team that the bidders are in.

4. Select whether you would like empty folders to be included in the filtered view.

5. The Document index will appear from the point of view of the the selected Team. The Team name is listed at the top for reference and drop downs are shown for further filtering options.

⚠️Good to know: Disabled files and folders won't be listed within the Document index. To include these in this filtered view, go to Manage documents.
