ℹ️This feature is only available to Admins

The Room name is visible to anyone that has access to it,  anyone who has the URL, or is trying to log into it. We therefore recommend that you use a discreet and confidential project name.

To change the name of your Room, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Left menu. Under Manage, select Settings.

2. In the Data Room section, change your Room name.

💡Tip: We recommend to update the URL name at the same time. Instead of deleting the URL, select Add address. Moving forward this address will be used in any of the invitation emails. Learn more here.

3. Select Save.
