The session timeout applies to all people who have access to the Room. This helps keep the data room secure to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Settings
On the left hand tool bar, go to the Settings page.
Step 3: Adjust session timeout
Scroll down to the Session timeout section. Enter the number of minutes you would like the session timeout to be set at.
Step 4: Save changes
Select Save.

By default the rooms session timeout is set to 60 minutes.

This can happen for a few reasons:
You're logged in on multiple devices or with multiple profiles with the same email address or you are logged into multiple rooms at the same time. Please log out of all devices and emails and log back in.
Your browser is storing too many cookies and cached items. Please try clearing your cache and cookies to resolve.
