How to request a change to your deal room timestamp
To request time zone change for your data room please follow the next steps:
Contact Ansarada Support and provide the following details:
Room name
Room URL
Your preferred time zone
The Ansarada Support team will make the change and notify you once it has been completed.
Once you receive the confirmation email:
Log out of the Room
Log back in
The new time zone will then be visible in the areas specified above.
Please note that only Admins have the ability to request a time zone update through Ansarada Support.

All users in the Data Room can view the document upload date and time within the Document Index. This information is also included when using the Export to Excel β Document Index tool.
