Ansarada allows you to include the text of the Question within the Q&A notification emails.
This options allows users such as answer approvers, answer authors or answer drafters to respond to questions via email, instead of having to log in to answer. Answer approvers can also approve questions via email when this is switched on.
How to turn on or off Q&A email notifications
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com
Step 2: Navigate to the Settings tab
The setting option can be found on the left-hand tool bar of the page.
Step 3: Locate Q&A Notifications
Scroll down the page and you will see the option "Q&A Notifications."
Step 4: Toggle On or Off
You can click the option next to "Q&A via email" to turn it on or off.
Make sure to press save.
When turned on you will also be able to allow the options "Answer questions via email" or "approve questions via email".
