The Document views report details who has viewed each document in the Room and can be used as part of an audit trail.
For each document selected, the person’s name, email address, Team, and date and time of when the document was viewed is listed.
1. Go to the Left menu. Under View, select Reports.
2. Under Documents, select the Document views link.
3. Find the document that you want to view the report for. On the far right, select the Report icon.
4. The report appears as a web page and shows activity for that document. It displays the viewer's Team, name, email address, date and time of when the document was viewed, and the search phrase they used to find the document (if they used search).
