How to download the Room size report
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com
Step 2: Navigate to the Reports section
On the left-hand side, click "Reports" under "View."
Step 3: Locate the Room Size report
Scroll down to the “Room” section and click on “Room Size”.
Step 4: Run the Room Size report
Choose the time frame for which you would like to see the report.
Change the format to “Excel” to download the report in Excel, which is recommended, or leave it in “HTML” to view it in the browser.
Data Gauge
The Data Gauge, located at the top right of the screen, will show you how much data you have used and how much remains. This will update at midnight Sydney time.

No, if you delete files within 24 hours, you will not be charged overage rates. The Data Gauge will show the actual data room size the following day, as it updates at midnight Sydney time.
