Duplicate Questions
When a Guest asks a question in the Room, Ansarada will alert them if the question is an exact duplicate of an existing one.
If the Guest is asking a single question, they can choose to proceed with posting the duplicate or cancel.
Bulk Uploads: When uploading multiple questions, Guests will receive an alert for duplicates. These duplicate questions cannot be submitted until the text has been changed.
Q&A admins will be notified when a question is submitted by a guest and there is already a duplicate / similar question. Aida can support how you action these questions by generating an answer for you or referencing the other similar questions.
Similar Questions
In one-way Q&A Rooms, our AI-powered system will inform Guests when similar questions have already been asked.
The Room analyses the frequency and order of words in questions to identify similarities.
This feature helps reduce time spent searching for related queries, allowing Guests to focus on deal success.

You can use Aida to support how you action these questions. Similar questions will be highlighted to you and you will be able to action as follows:
Reference the existing question ID in your reply. And ask the user to see the answer there. OR
Reject the question and advise the user that the question already exists, you can reference the question ID. OR
Ask Aida to generate the answer for you.
