Thanks to customer feedback, we are proud to release a copy function to allow Administrators to easily duplicate folders and documents within the same Room. This feature streamlines the process of managing and organising large volumes of data and saving time.

⚠️Good to know: The copied folders and documents will be disabled by default. Keep in mind that only enabled documents are visible in the document index. Learn how to change the document status here.
Copy single or multiple folders and documents
Go to Manage Document.
Select single or multiple documents, folders, or the entire index by checking the checkbox on the left.
Select Copy in the dropdown bulk action tool bar.
A Copy window will appear:
Choose the destination location for the copied folder.
Choose to update the security settings to match the settings of the new folder or keep the settings from the original folder.
The copied folders and documents will automatically be renumbered to match the new folder.
Select Save.
