1. Select People

2. Select ADMINS tab and click on Add new admin user

3. Enter the following User details

  • First Name (required)

  • Last Name (required)

  • Mobile Number (optional)

  • Email Address (required)

4. Username will be pre-filled with the user's email address.

If the username/email exists, select Next to invite the existing user, or Cancel to start again.

5. For new Admin, select "Save and close", or for existing Administrators, select "Send Invite."

  • New Admin will receive a Welcome Email with their login instructions.

  • Existing Admin must log in to the Board portal to accept the invitation.
