Ansarada will only keep data in closed rooms for a maximum of 90 days before it is automatically deleted from our servers. If you need to retain your information on our servers please reach out to Ansarada support!
Rooms are typically disabled when the phase has ended. When Rooms are disabled no one, including the Admin can access the Room. Files with Security controls on them that have been obtained from the Room and saved will no longer be accessible.
⚠️Good to know: Rooms can be disabled immediately, or can be scheduled to be disabled at a particular date and time.
Disable Room: Immediately
To disable the Room immediately, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Left menu. Select Manage, and then select Settings.
2. Go to Actions in the top right of your screen and click Close Project.
3. Within the pop-up you'll see 2 options to close your room
💡Tip: If you would like to request an Archive of the Room, select Create an Archive. Learn more about archiving a Room here.
4. Select either Immediately OR On this date to schedule your room for closure at a specific date and time.
5. To confirm the closure, select Close project.
