Once the files have been added to the respective Boards and Committees, you can publish them for the Directors to view on their apps or the web.

You can publish Files in 2 ways:

1. By selecting only the required files for Publish to be visible for Directors

2. By selecting ALL the files for Publish to be visible for Directors

⚠️Good to know: Files added are automatically saved and will have the "NEW" status against them, indicating it is unpublished/not visible in the Director's view. This allows Board Admins to revise their materials and publish when ready.
