How to Disclose Answers
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Go to dash.ansarada.com and log in.
Step 2: Locate the Q&A section in the room
Click on "Q&A" under the "View" option.
Step 3: Locate the question
Select the question with the status "Disclosed" for which you want to set the disclosure level.
Step 4: Disclose the answer
If you are a Q&A Administrator or a Q&A Observer with Full Control, you can either choose to “Answer Question and Disclose the Answer,” which allows you to answer the question directly, or “Disclose Answer,” which allows you to disclose an answer that has already been provided for the question.
Step 5: Choose disclosure level
Click on the question again and select "Disclose Answer." For Disclosure Level, choose either "Question author's team" or "All data room people", then click "Disclose Answer."
Question author's team: Only members of the author’s team can see the question and answer.
All data room people: Everyone in the data room can see the question and answer, but the asker’s identity will remain hidden.
How to Change the Disclosure Level of a Question
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Under "Actions", choose "Undisclose last answer", then click the green "Undisclose last answer" button.
Step 5: Disclose the answer again
Click on the question again and select "Disclose Answer." For Disclosure Level, choose either "Question author's team" or "All data room people", then click "Disclose Answer."
Question author's team: Only members of the author’s team can see the question and answer.
All data room people: Everyone in the data room can see the question and answer, but the asker’s identity will remain hidden.
