ℹ️This report is only available to Admins.

The Document Notifications report shows you the history of document notifications, highlighting who has been notified about new or edited documents and when the notifications were sent.

⚠️Good to know: In the Room, each user can customise email notifications by frequency, or turn them off entirely. Notifications can only be managed by the individual and can't be done on behalf of other users.

Option 1: All documents

1. Go to the Left menu. Under Manage, select Documents.

2. Click on the top right Actions menu, and select Notifications report.

3. A Documents Notification List window will appear, providing the following options:

  • Enter the email address of a specific user, or leave it blank for a broader search.

  • Choose a date range.

  • By default, 20 results per page will be displayed, but you could adjust this number from 20 to 5000.

  • Check the box if you wish to export the report into Excel format.

⚠️Good to know: The date and time shown on the Document notifications report are in Sydney time.
