Document Index report

Retrieve the document index view from the specified date and time.

The Document Index report shows you the latest or historical document index. It's handy for checking a team's document index at a specific date and time, allowing you to cross-reference and share with your users.

How to run the report:

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com

Step 2: Navigate to the Reports section

On the left-hand side, click "Reports" under "View."

Step 3: Select Document Index Report

Under the "Documents" header, select "Document Index Report".

Step 4: Select the Report date

Choose the Report date for the report: latest, or a specific date and time.

Step 5: Select the relevant team

Choose what team the report will be for in the "View as" dropdown. Choose "No sub-teams" to view the report as the main team.

Step 6: Select Download.

Select the green download button. The report will be downloaded to your default downloads folder.

FAQ's

What time zone is the report in?

The date and time shown on the report are in Sydney time.

What format will the report be in?

The Document Index report will be generated in Excel format

Can I view the index with only enabled documents?

The report will show you the index for that team, you can filter for things like the disabled column to show if any are enabled or disabled.
