Learn how to export the submission receipts in your Procure Room.

ℹ️ This feature is only available to Admins.

The submission confirmation receipt email is not sent with every upload, as content may still change and your system may detect it as spam, blocking future notification emails. After the submission window ends, Admins will receive an email confirmation with an Excel list of all submitted documents for reference.

💡Tip: If you haven't received your submission receipt confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder to see if the email is there. If you still can’t find it, please ask your IT team to whitelist this email address: [email protected].

How to export the receipt

In addition to receiving the submission receipt via email, you can also export the receipt from your Procure room. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Left menu. Under Manage, select Submissions.

  2. Click Manage in the top right, and you'll see a list of your submission windows.

  3. Click Export receipt (this button appears only on closed submission windows) to download it to your default downloads folder.

⚠️Good to know: The Submission Receipts are only available to export from your Procure room for submission windows closed after 10th of January 2024. The receipt will be generated in Excel format with the date and time shown in GMT time.
