ℹ️ Insights is currently available for users who should see all records within Ansarada GRC, please to this page for more information. Record level security is a part of the Insights enhancement delivery roadmap.

We partner with Microsoft to embed PowerBI into the Ansarada GRC solution which allows GRC users to streamline their reporting seamlessly. See this page for more information.

Introducing two new Insights module dashboards

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience and provide valuable insights, we have released two new dashboards within the Insights module: the KRI dashboard and the Registers dashboard.

1. KRI dashboard

The KRI dashboard provides a centralised dashboard for key metrics so that users can understand trends and issues holistically across the GRC solution. This dashboard will show:

  • Instant overview of all metrics, broken down by Trend or Rating. By drilling through, or filtering, this will provide easy access to metrics that are Worsening or Unacceptable to enable effective business decisions.

  • The 6-month history matrix will show metric results over the last 6 months, highlighting both Trend and Rating, providing insight as to how metrics are changing – if they’ve been constant under performers – or if a metric is rated as ‘Warning’ but creeping towards ‘Unacceptable’ allowing for proactive mitigation tasks.

  • Cards based on tasks will provide details on how many tasks have recently been completed and how many are currently overdue. Whilst overdue tasks may be tracked and managed on the Current Tasks dashboard, it is beneficial to have oversight of ‘missing data’ in this location (as a metrics task is only for the purpose of providing data).

  • Using the ‘linked records’ chart as a filter to view KRIs and KCIs etc.

  • The 'metrics by owner' chart will help you to understand who is responsible for what number of metrics and rating of those metrics.

2. Registers dashboard

The Registers dashboard provides an overview of register status and activity based on a selected Register Type. This dashboard will show:

  • The activity of a Register Type such as new records created, recently closed records and overdue tasks.

  • By looking at the Records Created Over Time chart, you can see the frequency of records created and find out if there is an increase or decrease in volume of records created.

  • Every record is assigned an owner and so this dashboard will be able to illustrate records by owner based on record status – enabling you to easily identify who has the most open records for any selected status.

  • See at-a-glance who has been assigned tasks linked to a register and if any of those tasks are currently overdue.

🚀 We hope these new dashboards will help you gain valuable insights and make more informed decisions within the GRC solution.

🙌 As always, if you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team ([email protected]).
