FAQ

Why do I see AiDA in some data rooms but not others?

Access to AiDA is managed by data room administrators.

Administrators control which features are enabled in each data room, including AiDA. In most cases, AiDA will be enabled, but if you don’t see AiDA in a particular room, it may have been turned off by the administrators.

If you’d like access, we recommend reaching out to the data room administrators to request that AiDA be enabled (if appropriate for that project).

How many credits do I receive?

For Administrators, each deal room will have 100 credits across all admins combined. (Not 100 each.)
For Guests, you will receive 100 credits for all of the deal rooms you are in combined. You can upgrade by reaching out to support.

How is credit consumption measured?

Each time you submit a prompt or run a task, AiDA consumes credits based on the complexity of the request and the amount of content processed. Credit usage reflects the volume of text analysed and generated.

For example, shorter and simpler queries typically use fewer credits, while longer documents, more detailed analysis, or complex tasks may use more. This ensures you’re only charged for what you actually use.

You can check your credit usage at any time by clicking the hamburger menu in AiDA.
