NEW E-commerce Ansarada Freemium: Confirm subscription plan

ℹ️ This feature is only accessible to people who have subscribed to Ansarada Freemium plan through e-commerce after December 1, 2025.

You can now generate multiple quotes instantly right from our online quote page. This feature will simplify the process of offering pricing proposals to your clients. Once you determine the data needs or duration of their transaction, you can easily confirm the chosen plan within the room itself.

How Confirm your subscription plan

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

  • Log in at dash.ansarada.com

Step 3: Locate the Room you want to go live

  • Click on the name of the Data Room for which you want to confirm the plan and go live.

Step 4: Navigate to Sell Side or Buy-side

  • Go to the Left menu. Under Manage, select Sell side or Buy side.

Step 5: Confirm your plan

  • You will see the Confirm Subscription section on the top of the page, select Confirm Subscription. A new screen will display for confirming your subscription plan.

FAQ

I do not see 'Sell side' or 'Buy side' under Manage?

The wording on the internal and external tabs for managing Teams/people under the Left menu changes based on the Room’s transaction type. Learn more here.

Why can't I choose bank transfer for my plan?

Only plans that are not on a 250MB, month-to-month plan can pay via bank transfer.

How do I transfer the ownership to my client so they can pay?

After following the steps above, you will see the option "Change Account Owner." This will allow you to transfer the ownership of the subscription to your client.

The new billing owner will be invited as an Administrator in the Room. Once the transfer is complete, you will no longer manage the subscription, but you'll retain Administrator access to the product.

How do change the Currency for my plan?

I do not see the option Confirm Subscription?

If you do not see the option "Confirm Subscription" this means that your are not the owner of the subscription. The owner of the subscription is the person who opened the plan.
