How to Add a Single Document
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Go to Dash.ansarada.com and log in.
Step 2: Locate the Documents Section in the Room
Click on “Documents” under the “Manage” section on the left hand side.
Step 3: Add a Single Document
Click on “Add,” then select “Document.”
Step 4: Select the upload settings
Choose the document you want to upload.
Click “Change” next to “Parent” to select the folder where you want to upload the document.
The number will be automatically populated to match the existing numbering in that folder in the room.
The document name will be automatically populated based on the selected file name.
Choose the status of the document.
Choose whether to notify users about the new document. Notifications will only be sent if the file is enabled.
Click “Add Document” to upload the document to the room.
