What is Workflow?
Workflow is where you will complete the RFI checklist assigned to you and your team. It’s the central workspace for you to review assigned requests, upload documents, and collaborate with your team on tasks.
How do I upload documents for a request?
From Workflow, review and identify the checklists assigned and shared with you by the Administrators.
In the assigned checklist (Workflow tabs), locate the ‘Documents' column and click ‘Add document’ to upload your documents. All of your document uploads will automatically move to the Document Index for review, the document repository of the data room.
How do I delete an upload?
For now, the only way to delete an upload is by asking the Administrator. You can reach out and @mention them via comments.
How do I ask a question or submit a response?
You can complete both actions by using the comments in Workflow. To communicate with a specific person, you can @mention them, and we’ll notify them shortly. Lastly, you can expand comments to see at a glance the latest updates in the checklist.
