How to Activate the Bidder Engagement Score

The Bidder Engagement Score provides weekly insights into how engaged your bidders (Guests) are within your Room. This guide explains how to activate it and why you may not be seeing the report.

How to Activate the Bidder Engagement Score

To start receiving the weekly Bidder Engagement Score into your email and to activate it in your dash, you just need to ensure the following requirements are met:

Room Requirements

  • The Room’s Transaction type within the setting option within the room must be set to:

    • Merger/Acquisition/Divestment

    • Bankruptcy/Insolvency

Role Requirements

  • You must be either:

    • Admin, or

    • Viewer
      in the Room.

Bidder Activity Requirements

  • At least one Guest must have logged into the Room.

  • After 7 days of Bidder activity, your Room becomes eligible for the weekly report.

Report Timing

  • The Bidder Engagement Score report is sent weekly on Monday morning (Sydney time).

View the Bidder Engagement Score in the Ansarada dashboard

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com.

Step 2: Locate the room

You will see tabs at the top showing all the rooms where you are an Admin or Viewer.

Step 3: Access the Bidder Engagement Dashboard

When you click the tab for the room you are looking for, the Ansarada dashboard for that project will appear. You will see the dash card for the Bidder Engagement Score.

  • You can click the arrow next to “Today” to change the view to Last week.

  • You can click the three lines to the right of the dash card to switch between chart view and leaderboard view.

  • When in Chat view, you can select as many teams as you would like to be shown in the chart.

FAQ

Troubleshooting the Bidder Engagement Score: Missing, Empty, or Not Received via Email.

If you are not seeing your Bidder Engagement Score, here are the most common issues and how to fix them:

  • Check Your Role

    You must be an Administrator or Viewer to receive the report via email. If you are an Admin or Viewer but still not receiving it, contact Support so they can add you to the recipients list.

  • Check the Room’s Transaction Type: Ensure the Room’s transaction type is correct:

  1. Open Settings (left menu)

  2. Select Project

  3. Review the Outcome field

  4. Confirm it is set to: Merger/Acquisition/Divestment, or Bankruptcy/Insolvency

  • Also:

  1. Has it been at least 7 days since Bidder activity began?

  2. Has at least one Guest logged in?

  3. Are you checking your email on Monday morning (Sydney time)?
