By default, folders and documents are uploaded as disabled unless you choose to enable them.
Disabled folders and documents are not visible in the Document Index; they can only be accessed in Manage Documents, where they appear in red.
Enabled folders and documents are visible in both Manage Documents and the Document Index, and they appear in black.
💡Tip: Disabling documents will expire saved versions downloaded with temp save security controls applied.
