PDF documents in the Room use Adobe's Digital Rights Management to keep documents secure. If you're trying to open a PDF on an iPad or iPhone and it appears blank, you need to set Adobe Reader as your default for opening PDF files on your device.

Safari browser
To open PDFs using an iPad or iPhone in Safari follow the below steps:
Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
βGo to the Left menu. Under View, select Document index.
βPress down on the file you would like to open.

βSelect Open in New Tab.

βFrom the new tab, select the Share icon from the bottom menu on the screen.
βFind the option Copy to Adobe Acrobat.
βSelect the file.

βThe file should then load on the iPhone/iPad.
Chrome browser
Chrome browser on iPhone or iPad does not support downloading secured PDF documents. Please preview secured PDFs straight from the Document Index by following the steps here, or use Safari browser to download secured PDFs.
