❗️Error: Your access isn't verified.

This error occurs in Rooms when the person has not clicked on the verification link to register their details upon login.

To resolve this error, follow these steps:

1. Read the invitation email and select the link in Step 1 to verify your details.

💡Tip: If you have misplaced your invite email, contact Ansarada support.

2. Select either Get started or enter your password and select Verify.

⚠️Good to know: If get started doesn't appear the person has an Ansarada profile and will need to enter in their password. To reset your password follow these steps.
