❗️Error: Your profile doesn't have access to this data room

This error occurs in Rooms when the person has not clicked on the verification link to register their details upon login.

To resolve this error, follow these steps:

1. Read the invitation email and select the link in to verify your details.

💡Tip: If you have misplaced your invite email, contact Ansarada support.

2a. If you already have a profile with us, simply log in using your email and password.

2b. if you are new to Ansarada, please set up a profile.

⚠️Good to know: If the above profile setup form doesn't appear, the person has an Ansarada profile and will need to enter in their password. To reset your password follow these steps.
