If you have been purchased a Platform via our online portal but haven't received the invitation email, your mail server may be filtering the email as spam. Here's how to get the invite:
1. Check your junk/spam folder to see if the invite email is there.
2. If you still can’t find your invite, ask your IT team to white list: [email protected] & [email protected]
3. Our support team will then resend the invite to the same email address if necessary.
