The simplest way to apply settings is at the Company level, the settings you select here can be applied to multiple boards or committees and saved as default.

Manage Board Settings from the Company level
1. Select the Profile icon to the right of your name and select Company Settings.
2. Scroll to view App users and App settings, make the necessary changes
3. After editing settings, select Save
4. You can choose to apply these updated settings to all or some of your existing boards

Manage Board Settings for a single Board or Committee
1. Select Show all boards from the Boards/Committees menu
2. Select a Board or Committee
3. Scroll to view App Settings
4. After editing settings, select Save and close
