❗️Error: Looks like something went wrong. Please retry.

The error shows up after you login to Ansarada but did not receive the QR code to set up Multi-factor authentication (MFA).

If this happens, please ensure your device's clock is set up correctly by following one of guides below.

Windows

1. Open Control Panel

2. Click on Clock and Region

3. Select: Set the time and date > Change date and time

4. Set to correct date and time

MacOS

1. Open the System Preferences

2. Select Date & Time

3. Make sure you tick on Set date and time automatically
