ℹ️ This feature is accessible to Admins, Publishers, and Viewers.

Disabled files do not appear in guests' Document Index and therefore cannot be viewed until they are enabled.

Enabled files appear in the Document Index, but only to those who have been granted access.

Documents can only be enabled and disabled by Admins and Publishers.

⚠️Good to know:
All uploaded documents are disabled by default.

View the status of files and folders

  1. Go to the left menu. Under Manage, select Documents.

  • Red indicates a disabled document

  • Black indicates an enabled document
