There are Three ways to filter your Workflow:
Quick Filters
1. Navigate to any Workflow tab you have access to, and open the drop-down menu next to 'Filter current tab'.
2. From the menu, you can select one of the following options: 'Assigned to me' 'Due this week' 'Overdue' or 'All items'.
3. To clear the filters, click on 'Clear Filter' located on the right-hand side of the quick filter.
⚠️ Good to know: For 'Assigned to me', there must be a 'User' column, and for 'Due this week' or 'Overdue' there must be a 'Date range' column. Learn more about adding new column types here.
Group by Filters
Navigate to any Workflow tab you have access to and open the drop-down menu next to "Group by."
Select an option from the drop-down menu to group items by Item, Status, Responsible Team, Document, Date, or Assignee.
⚠️ Good to know: For 'Assigned to', there must be a 'User' column, 'Responsible Team' needs a 'Team' column, and for 'Status' a 'Status' column. Learn more about adding new column types here.
Status Filter
Navigate to any Workflow tab you have access to, then click on the status in the top row. This will quickly filter the workflow to display only the current items with that status.
⚠️ Good to know: To be able to use the "Status Filter" you will need to use the built-in "Status" Column. You will not be able to use your own Column called "Status". Additionally, the statuses are pre-populated and cannot be modified.
