There are two ways to filter your Workflow:

Method 1 - Quick Filters

1. Navigate to any Workflow tab which you have access to, and open up the drop-down menu next to 'Filter current tab'.

2. From here, you will be able to select from the 'Assigned to me' 'Due this week' 'Overdue' or 'All items'.

3. To clear the filters, press 'Clear filter' on the right hand side of the quick filter.

⚠️ Good to know: For 'Assigned to me', there must be a 'User' column, and for 'Due this week' or 'Overdue' there must be a 'Date range' column. Learn more about adding new column types here.

Method 2 - Group by

1. Navigate to any Workflow tab which you have access to, and open up the drop-down menu next to 'Group by'.

2. Select one of the drop-down menu options to group items on Item, Status, Responsible Team, or Assignee.

⚠️ Good to know: For 'Assigned to', there must be a 'User' column, 'Responsible Team' needs a 'Team' column, and for 'Status' a 'Status' column. Learn more about adding new column types here.
