Add Ansarada as a trusted site

Add Ansarada to your trusted websites to ensure you can access Secure office files in the Room.

Here's how to add Ansarada to your trusted sites to allow people to open Secure office files. Directions are listed for the browsers we support.

Internet Explorer

1. Select Tools.

2. Select Internet options.


3. Select the Security tab.

4. You'll see the box titled Select a web content zone to specify its current security settings.

5. Select Trusted sites >Sites.


6. In the box titled Add this website to the zone, type https://secureoffice1.ansarada.com then select Add.

7. Check the box titled Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.

8. Select Close to accept the changes, then select OK return to Internet Explorer.

9. Close Internet Explorer completely and then reopen.

Try to open the test document to see if the problem has been resolved.

Google Chrome

1. Select Tools.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Show advanced settings.

4. Under Network select Change Proxy settings.

5. Select Security.

6. Select Trusted sites.

7. Select Sites.

8. Enter the URL of your trusted site, https://secureoffice1.ansarada.com, then select Add.

9. Check the box titled Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.

10. Select Close > OK.

11. Close Google Chrome completely and then reopen.

Try to open the test document to see if the problem has been resolved.

Firefox

Trusted sites are only recognised in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. You can make these changes in either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome and continue to use Firefox after.
