Multi-factor authentication (MFA) recovery code

A recovery code is a valuable backup when you're unable to access your primary multi-factor authentication (MFA) method.

If you lose access to your authentication device, you can use the recovery code to log in to your Ansarada profile.

What is MFA recovery code?

Your unique MFA recovery code will be provided immediately after you set up MFA to your profile. Make sure to save the recovery code in a safe and secure place.

Don't worry! Just click Try a different method and choose Email to receive a one-time 6-digit code.

How to use a recovery code for MFA login?

  1. Go to: dash.ansarada.com, and log in with your email address and password as usual.
    ​

  2. Normally, you'd be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authentication app or SMS. However, if you're unable to access it, choose Try a different method and then Recovery code.
    ​

  3. Enter the recovery code and click Continue.
    ​

  4. After successfully logging in, make sure to secure your recovery code again in a safe place. It's a vital backup for future access needs.
