The below error message occurs when a user inputs their email address and password incorrectly too many times. Note this will only happen to users who have verified and set up their profiles with us.
How to unblock your account
To unblock your account, click the "Forgot password" link at the bottom of the page. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Once you’ve reset your password, your account will be unblocked and you’ll be able to log into the room again.
💡Tip: If you haven't received your password reset email, please check your junk/spam folder to see if the email is there. If you still can’t find it, ask your IT team to whitelist the following email address: [email protected].
