Solution
To fix the issue, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check if you can see Ansarada Documents Rights Management Server page
You should see this page with the Ansarada Documents Rights Management Server heading and the Ansarada logo at the top.
Step 2a: If you cannot see Ansarada Documents Rights Management Server page
If you do not see the above page , please ask your IT team to do these things:
Update the firewall so that policyserver.ansarada.com on TCP port 443 is allowed access.
Run a quick test to ensure the fix worked. Download the test document and open it in the Adobe Acrobat application. if it opens the issue is resolved.
Step 2b: If you can see the Ansarada Documents Rights Management Server page
If you can see the Ansarada Documents Rights Management Server page but still cannot view secured PDF documents, ask your IT team to do these things:
Configure the proxy server so that requests destined to https://policyserver.ansarada.com do not require authentication OR edit the PAC file to route all traffic destined to policyserver.ansarada.com to go directly to the firewall, bypassing the proxy. Add a rule to the firewall to allow traffic from the corporate LAN to policyserver.ansarada.com on TCP port 443.
Run a quick test to ensure the fix worked. Download the test document and open it in the Adobe Acrobat application. if it opens the issue is resolved.
