The firewall or proxy server on your network may block access from Adobe Reader to Ansarada's rights management server.
To fix the issue, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://policyserver.ansarada.com. You should see this page with the Ansarada Documents Rights Management Server heading and the Ansarada logo at the top.
2a. If you do not see this page, ask your IT team to do these things:
Update the firewall so that policyserver.ansarada.com on TCP port 443 is allowed access.
Run a quick test to ensure the fix worked. If you click on this test link the document should open without error. If it opens the issue is resolved.
2b. If you do see the Ansarada Documents Rights Management Server page, but still cannot view secured PDF documents, ask your IT team to do these things:
Configure the proxy server so that requests destined to https://policyserver.ansarada.com do not require authentication OR edit the PAC file to route all traffic destined to policyserver.ansarada.com to go directly to the firewall, bypassing the proxy. Add a rule to the firewall to allow traffic from the corporate LAN to policyserver.ansarada.com on TCP port 443.
Run a quick test to ensure the fix worked. If you go to this test link the document should open without error. If it opens the issue is resolved.
If the above recommendations don't resolve the issue, try these alternatives:
Try opening this test link on a colleague's computer and then contact your IT department to finish resolving. If it opens, then it might be a computer or a user account issue. If it does not open, there might be a larger network restriction or issue.
Use your computer on a different network to open this test link and then contact your IT department to finish resolving. If it opens, there might be a network issue.
