❗️Error: This computer must be connected to the network in order to open this document. Connect this computer to the network and then try opening the document again.

This error occurs when viewing a secured PDF file because the firewall or proxy server on your network may block access from Adobe Reader to Ansarada's rights management server.

Solution

To fix the issue, follow these steps:
