If you're having trouble opening PDF files on Microsoft Windows, follow these steps to set Adobe Reader as your default PDF reader.

If PDF files are not opening on Mac, follow these steps to set Adobe Reader as your default PDF reader.

Set Adobe as your default PDF viewer for Google Chrome to access secured PDFs in the Room.

Set Adobe as your default PDF viewer for Safari to access secured PDFs in the Room.

Set Adobe as your default PDF viewer for Firefox to access secured PDFs in the Room.

This error is received if access to a secured PDF document has expired.

Troubleshoot the error message "An error occurred while performing this operation. Contact an administrator if this problem continues".
