ℹ️ This feature is only accessible to Admins.

The Q&A process can be paused at any time in the Room.

If you do not want Guests to submit any new questions you will need to change their Q&A role to a Question viewer. Guests that are Question viewers can still see Q&A, however, they are unable to action existing Questions or submit any new Questions. Learn more about Q&A roles here.

FAQs

Why would I pause Q&A?

Many of our customers choose to pause Q&A towards the end of the due diligence phase, if you are entering into an agreement with an external party you may want to stop questions in order to provide a full audit trail of the transaction.

Can I pause the Q&A for just one team?

Yes using one of the methods above, you can pause the Q&A by either updating the Q&A role for that one team, or adjusting their submission limit to 0 (again just for that team).
